Airsoft 'SkirmishHD'

I understand paintball, even laser tag.

This I don't, is it not just a glorified use your fingers as guns play ground war?

A sniper bb gun? how accurate is that going to be? the slightest breeze and it will sail off into another direction, also dont bb's only fire about 10 metres?

Yes, the BBs only fly about 10 metres. 11 on a good day.

The Gun at 2:40 isn't my G&P Magpul Sentry btw. Was actually Stu the Marshalls gun as my Sentry is broken :(
Oh right I see, It was Chris (The Filmer) that gave me the names, You get it fixed?

Yes, the BBs only fly about 10 metres. 11 on a good day.
And as for 10 metres, Thats just not true. I reckon you could get about 25-30 meters.

At long last we have Episode.5 on its way on the 17ᵗʰ (weather permitting for recording). Stay tuned and thanks once again for the support as we cannot do it without you guys and dolls...

Airsoft is viewed more as a sport than a game, there are plenty of verity scenarios such as Rescue the pilot, attacking an objective, escape and evade , blowing up targets the list can go on.
Airsoft is great fun but eye protection is a must i would also recommend gum shields as well.:D I have seen three sets of teeth shot out on three occasions.

It looks really exciting and like 'realistic gaming' until they start firing. *pff pff pff ... pff pff* ruins the atmosphere somewhat lol. Still looks interesting, but I think I'd like it more if the weapons actually made some noise. I may well get involved some day, but for now I'll remain a spectator. At least in cadets the rifles went *BANG*.:p

I agree, it sounds pathetic. It looks like fun until they fire.

Plus the fact what is being shot is smaller than the size of a garden pea, with what those people are wearing (padding) I wonder how they can figure they have been shot.

I would have greater respect for this all if things were on a larger scale (ammo wise).

At 350fps it doesent just bounce off without you feeling it, it stings like a buggar. The site that we play at which has a limit of 350fps for AEG's which it one of the highest limits in the country.

Back from Wolf Armouries today and grabbed myself an ACOG for my AEG - it's only a cheapo two tone (clear body) M4 but it looks much nicer now with a scope - next it's my green laser :D
