Seeing as the servers are being patched a client patch is also expected.

The unlock will be when Tripwire say the game is ready. The timer on Steam is Valves doing, not Tripwire & they've said we'll let you know when it's ready, ignore Steam

This is why I really dislike steam. What the hell is the point in offering a pre load if its only going to DL half the damn thing then start to DL when its unlocked at a stupid 23kbs. Complete idiots.
