All you new 2011 owners there is a firmware update to which you might like to get.

Not done the update yet , but is there any improvements besides the mentioned in the notes ?

Mines been pretty much a ok now , had it just over 2 weeks. Battery life is getting better all the time.

I don't no it just popped up so I got the update. I don't restore OTA now cos I got me boot disk

Only had mine like a day but battery is rubbish. It's been plugged in pretty much all day, only used for a few hours and its estimated 34minutes 15%..

Even if there aren't, surely it's worth doing purely for the satisfaction of knowing you're up to date?

Mine can usually last me through a day of work and then some , im getting least 4 to 5 hours of light usage out of my Air.

I run Parallels with 3 VM's doing software related stuff on it , and i spend an hour on my lunch break surfing the net.

I usually charge it overnight when i go to sleep and then un-plug and take it to work.

Do you have the 11 inch version ?

Haha yeah i like being upto date , just havent had a the time to update yet
