Gtx 460 vs 560 ti

Hi Guys

Currently have the Asus GTX 460 1 GB.

Looking to upgrade to the 560 ti specifically for the upcoming Battlefield 3. Is it a sensible upgrade?

My current system is: i7 950, 6 GB ram, SSD. I play games on a 23" at 1920*1080.

Also, will the 560 fit the antec 902 case?

well im sure the 580 is about 15% quicker than a 480, so i would assume the difference would be similar with the 460/560, you would see a much better gain if you went sli 460's if you have the m/b to do that

I think I'm going to struggle to go SLI as I have the Ultima Viper setup. Space + power supply will be an issue.

Im in the same boat as you matey. Ive been looking at the 560ti and tbh theres not a huge difference in performance. If i was you i would wait for bf3 to come out and see what cards perform best and go from there.

The 460 might not run it flat out with all the bells and whistles but id imagine it can run it fairly smooth at lower settings but still look good.
