Is this serious? I find it very hard to believe, and if it is true, very difficult to understand. Somebody pleasuring themselves in their own home is their business. But some people will climb up a step ladder, perched on top of a tool box, balancing on a glass atop a toilet bowl, in order to be offended. Such people suck the life out of a society, and aren't worth bothering with.

It would depend entirely on the circumstances. If it happened in the way the article describes, I don't see why a woman wouldn't get done for the same thing.
