Xbox 360 Capacitors where to buy?

Ok i fubbard 4 capacitors in my reflow attempt

Having thought i had protected them all sufficiently the group of 4 below the cpu chip are not completely flat so need replacing.

Anyone got any? or know best place to purchase?

16V 1500uf (10 mm) x2
6.3V 820uf (8 mm) x2

Wish i hadnt bothered now, its not even mine!

Why even bother? Second hand ones can be had so cheaply.

Yep but its the brother inlaws and he is currently unemployed and cant really afford 50 or 60 quid for another that may fail any time soon. Even i would hate to see it go in the bin seems a shame if it can be fixed for a few quid?

Try the bay, got two for my GPU just recently for 1.50GPB. Had to wait though since they were from China but you can get ones from local dealers for just a little more.

I've got a dead Xenon board I don't mind farming for capacitors. Could send them over in a jiffy bag if you'd like?

h.m.comp is good for caps on the bay guy even bungs in free solder btw don't bother with craplin they are a joke they sell multipacks with a 200% mark up of course.

If any of the other places fall through I should be able to get you some new from work, dont use much through hole Electrolitic stuff anymore but i think we may have some for old PSUs.

Sean sorted me some capacitors, thanks.

Problem now is one of the caps was reluctant to come out and has broke at surface level so now i am stuffed.

Not going to give up yet but needs a coat of looking at
