eBay woes...

OK, so.

I payed for a fair few dice on 28/08/11 and I still aint got them of the seller. I have sent him 2 messages on the matter and he hasn't replied.

What next?

Depends where the item is coming from.

If from Hong Kong area it can take up to 28 days

Usually I will query the whereabouts and wait 48 hours before sending another query if I don't get any response after the second query (4 days) and the given the postage type and location if it should have easily been there by now I would then file an item not received claim with ebay/paypal

I bought something of the guy before and it arrived within 2 days. He is based in the UK...

tbh anyone who can't be bothered to respond is a bad seller. Just raise a dispute with paypal

Kind of a broad general statement there.

For all you know the guy could have got into a car accident and is sitting in hospital.

There are plenty of reasons that perfectly good sellers get delayed in responding to emails which is why I always leave what some consider to be a very large response time before trying again or raising disputes.

Actually I had one guy in the US that did not appear to have sent it and did not respond to mails I filed a dispute and very near the end of his response time he popped up and it turned out he was caught out by one of the hurricanes that hit the US.

He apologized profusely assured me he still had my item and would send it on as soon as he could and I received it about 2 weeks later.

Point being here you just never know why it's delayed but 2 weeks delay from within the UK is way too much

Like I said, I blame Mr Tequila. Tastes nice, but messes typing and speech ability a little, thank **** for spell checkers

I will give him untill tomorrow to answer my message, and then I will open a dispute thingy.
