Not sure, a few years ago, my whole clan got banned because of some argument, I can't really remember what happened. It was by the arrogant admin on there who would only be called "Admin", maybe he still does it.

How boring.
Only a handful of us on (8-10) and there's 4 awps in use.. can't be assed with that tbh.
Can we have a limit for > 20 players for 2 awps or something? Seriously boring gameplay when you have people rushing with awps.

yeh never liked to say anything on servers as i don't like to winge but a limit on awps would be nice, seems like most get in a position where they are not doing so well so then decide to awp. it just forces a style of play i dont like, ill play it and perceiver, sometimes i do ok sometimes i dont but if i had the choice.
Ill stay and play with 5 on each side or none but a limit would make it a much more relaxed game

Could have sworn my bullets were ghosts for the amount of damage they were doing! need to tweak my settings a bit.
AWP whores are just part of the game, never really had an issue myself the next map will be along soon enough.

I agree with MrLOL - silly to limit a weapon, part of the game - just except it.
think about being hit by one of them bullets in real life - it'd tear you apart - it's not unbalanced it's realism!
i never said being hit by one wouldn't rip you a new one, i just don't think a team should be able to run riot with one, show a little restraint, a good sniper and a team to back him can make a game or break it, admins choice of course

You can easily avoid being caught up in an AWP war if you think about what your doing.
The AWP war was happening on Aztec.
Don't go trying to cross the rope bridge when you know a CT is at the other end of it with a sniper rifle pointed at it.
Likewise don't go rushing through the double doors when you know somebody is on the other side with an AWP.
Same goes with Prodigy, don't go standing at the end of the long tunnel when you know the Terrorist at the other end has an AWP.
Even when there was like 5 of us with AWPs, i don't think i got shot once by them. As i just kept out of their way and did different stuff.

People can AWP mad if they want. Doesn't bother me. Its just another gun that kills you. People just seem to find some sort of injustice because its a one bullet kill. That first round on aztec i was on CTs and we lost. We went to the double doors with SMGs and desert eagles. Knowing full well that the Ts had won that round and were going to come through the doors with AKs and there would be naff all we could do to stop them. And we were torn apart that 2nd round.
Its swings and roundabouts.

Admin was the guy that was there 10 years ago.
he's now left Try and see if the new guy carried the ban list over.
Fair point - butas MrLOL and cpl have both said there are counter tactics to awpers - and not everyone who buys one is actually any good with it! Haha
