XBOX *** SSF4 Double Elimination Tournament ***

Nice try though... seems like you have been getting lessons from someone, not your usual style to do that but you must be getting desperate lol, nice try though. We will play our league games in a 1v1 lobby at 2pm Saturday 17th September ie. in 10 mins. :)
 
Well when you say you're away, then show up, it causes confusion.
Didn't you find it weird when I used Hakan and did stupid stuff, in the lag test?

we only played because we were wait for you. i was only going to watch your matches. i thought it was obvious when i was just wait there.
 
No I didn't find it weird when you were doing stupid stuff with Hakan cos your Hakan sucks hard, I thought you were actually trying... ;)

Anyway the first results are in, Art wins 3-1. Rather then play to his strengths he played more to my weaknesses which was a good move! You could surprise a few ppl with those characters Art, keep them as backup if your mains are not on point that day. Good games after especially the Seth vs Gouken set, result of which was very surprising.

Yeah it was obvious after you missed the first game then the second, hence why I messaged you. Don't worry though I felt sorry for Art over the confusion and let him through anyway.....

i left to avoid the confusion and i didnt want the super slow message to sort it out, since i figured someone will record them anyway. i thought art might lose after the first game though, if that one even counted.
 
Kreeeee - ggs ! I was so nervous before those matches man !

Plus i've been on that game almost 24 hours now, practising.
I knew you'd not have much practise in, with your work and
all, so i thought i had to put some hours in. I thought you had
it when i had to use Gen at the end, then i realised half way
in that match, that if i lost with Gen, then i had no one left...
...and i really mean no one lol.

If you could have got past Gen, it was yours for the taking.

I'll try and upload our match today.

I literally can't use anyone other than DeeJay or Balrog.

If anyone is interested the matches were:

Bison v Guile
Ryu v Balrog
Guile v Gen

He could have used Balrog or Deejay but probably thought you were a scrub so fancied his chances with Ryu... and Kreeeee never uses Ryu lol. That will be funny to watch!

I didn't want to use them. Nothing to do with thinking you were a scrub as adz suggests, I just wanted to try out some new characters.

Adz, if I thought he was a scrub and was trolling him I'd have used a main for the last match otherwise I would look like the scrub when I lost all 3 matches, meaning my "plan" would have backfired.

You played well Jaguar, don't let adz diminish your victory.

Edit: This tournament serves its purpose well, it highlights players like me that are 1 trick ponies, revealing the players who lack proper understanding of the fundamentals of the game and knowledge of more than 1 character.

I've played Jaguar a fair bit, I know how good he is don't worry, I also know his weaknesses. ;) Actually wasn't I playing Jag first in the last tourney? Oh and yeah Jag your Gen sucks mate, but my Seth sucks a bit more :p

Sorry that was to him not you. :) You must have been having an off day though since you guys are on a very similar level imo and I would call it 50-50

Kreeeee fancy some games vs my appalling Seth? :P
 
I am getting a tiny bit better with Seth but find I do really bad in some matchups and reasonably ok in others. I'll be on in 15 mins if you fancy some friendlies anyway, I'll just be using Seth.

Can't wait to face elrasho in the losers bracket, he is lost without Abel lol, although I will not underestimate his Guy...
