Good sim card pay as you go deals

Does anyone know what the best sim card is at the moment? For texts and local calls to UK mobile phones?

Thanks in advance, I'm switching from 02, they sneaky put the price of their bundles up by 50p which makes you have to spend an extra £5 a month to get the 50p since you can only top up 10-15-20-etc and not 15.50.

I was going to suggest o2 myself, but thats naff it's gone up 50p forcing you to top up an extra fiver...

GiffGaff look to have similar data speeds to 3, so with all the community stuff they do, and slightly cheaper, I may go with them myself.
