Hello,
I recently decided to build my new PC for University and I'm pretty confident I've sorted it but I'd like some input from much more knowledgeable people like yourselves. I'm more concerned about the CPU cooler fitting because I have tall memory but I'd also like to know if generally this would all fit in the case I picked.
Please do let me know what you think. It would be nice to know if I chose right
Spec:
CPU:Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - OEM
MOBO:MSI P67A-G45 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION **
GPU: ASUS ATI Radeon 6850 (I'm also wondering is it harder to install because it's PCI-E 2?)
CASE:Cooler Master CM-690 II Advanced Dominator Case - Black
PSU:Corsair Enthusiast Series TX 650W V2 High Performance '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
RAM:G.Skill RipJawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
CPU FAN:Corsair A50 High-Performance CPU Cooler
I don't need a hard drive or any peripherals as I was going to reuse them from my current PC.
