Last Spec Check Till I buy

I just realised that the Sidewinder x4 keyboard is out of stock. I didn't get any email saying that it was out of stock and on the order confirmation email there wasn't written anything. What do i do?

Ask in the customer services section, either have all the goodies sent with the keyboard to follow later (if you have a spare?) or have it all shipped together when it comes in to stock, or get a keyboard elsewhere.

Ok, i posted in the Customer Service section. Do you think i'll be able to change the keyboard? And if yes, what keyboard do you recommend stulid? The cyborg one?

I seems like the only option without spending a lot more money, the X6 is inferior to the X4 despite the higher model name and costs.

So i'll probably get the parts now and they will send me the x4 later when its in stock. In the mean time i'll use my old keyboard.

Thats what I personally would have done, get the item "you want" to a substitute.

OMG I now see that the i5 is out of stock.

I don't think it was out of stock yesterday. How long does the customer service take to respond? I posted the thread around an hour ago, hope they answer me before OcUK closes.

They're normally pretty quick

You've missed the cut off for ordering today anyway, so there's no harm in waiting a day! (Cut off time is 16:30)

I ordered yesterday after 16:30. It is still in warehouse

Don't they advise you when you there is something out of stock. I'm a bit disappointed. They're probably going to ship it this evening because I ordered it yesterday after 4:30. It is a bit stupid that they don't tell you that there are some stuff out of stock in my opinion.What am I going to do without a CPU if the i5 was really out of stock yesterday

They will put the order on hold until all the components are in stock. Unless specified otherwise.

The funny thing is that when I ordered it yesterday, it told me that I'll receive it on Monday 19th.

EDIT: Its thursday now and it has been dispatched without the Sidewinder x4 keyboard because its out of stock

Just tracked the order and it just got put on vehicle for delivery! Will arrive soon. Will put up pics, and btw they won't be amazing quality cos i would not have time to stay transferring the photos from my sd card to the pc

Took them with my ipod so quality is bad lol. Using my LG 32" TV for now. Need to find batteries for my camera.

i have a problem with my headphones. they are turtle beach and they connect to the computer using USB. Its not getting recognised
