GA-USB 3.0 not performing at USB 3 speeds

I brought USB 3.0 GIGABYTE Ultra Durable 3 PCI Express Card model GA-USB3.0.
But this not performing at usb 3 speeds and performs as usb 2 speeds.
I have read this address and do the same but the result was this, the speed usb3 not performing:

I have installed, re-installed the drivers that were supplied with the card and have tried updated drivers from Renesas Electronics them with no luck.
Can anyone help me? :confused:

Is your PCIe x1 slot gen 1.0/1.1 or gen 2.0, if the former, it may be bottlenecking the usb3. A solution is to use a gen 2 graphics slot but this would reduce any graphics card in another slot to 8x

By copying 3 GIG from Flash-memory to my PC in 2 Minutes.
