At what age and what made you realise?

For me it would be groaning when I get up and that 'aaah' sound that escapes your lips when I sit down. Also the usual things such as taken longer to recover from events such as drinking or heavy sports activities.

But what really brought it home was the appearance of two grey hairs on my chin stubble this morning. :(

I'm 31.

When I began to appreciate a post dinner nap. I'm 22 and have the aches and pains, the groans getting up and such.

When I realised I hated the youth of today for being so crass and uneducated.

I'm 25 and have felt like this since I left school tbh.

Edit: Probably because I went to a grammar and most people around went to comp schools.

Only recently I found out i'm old.

I played 11 a side every weekend for 3 seasons and i've just gradually started struggling with it. Meanwhile there are all these young kids (18-22 year olds) just running around destroying me.

I'm 27 nearly 28

When I stopped going out on a week night because I couldn't deal with work the next day and also 2 day hangovers :(

When I saw a group of girls wearing short skirts during the winter months and thinking "They'll catch a cold dressed like that".

:(

Where to begin...

1st grey hairs at 24...
Realising that some of the girls I work with are less than half my age...
Having my daughter look at old black & white photos of me and asking "Why didn't they have colour when you were a baby?"...
Explaining to my daughter why CDs won't work on a turntable...
