There are social benefits to them remaining in one place, schooling, more accessible healthcare, the ability to work legitimately. These are the reasons that "force" them to stay in one place.
well if they pay some ****ing taxes then they can use it. until that day they can be sick uneducated scum. if you don't pay, you can't have. it's simple really.
Now the judge won't make his mind up until next week and they are launching second legal action seeking a Judicial Review which is due to be heard next week.
They don't own the land and they certainly don't have permission to build on the land its not even an argument they need to be forced out. I would imagine that if I turned up in the judges back garden and started building a house he would not be to happy...
Half the site is legal, the other half is not. It is those parked on the illegal side that require shifting and the sooner the better as far as I can see.
It would be like me sticking a two storey building on my front garden without asking for the councils consent. It ****es people off and isn't legal.
