Which celebs have you met and how were they?

The best I've met is Kell Brook - young boxer. He's brilliant, but I guess I am going to say that, as I used to train with him.

Michael Jackson - top bloke, was very funny and was with bubbles.
Steven seagal - bit of a nob. Was arrogant and thought he was a bigtime badass.
Lee van kleef - great bloke. Great presence.
El wallach - very funny,
Yahoo Serious - very funny and down to earth.
Robert de Niro - very quiet, was in character for a movie he was shooting, the fan I think,
Marlon Brando - was very fat at this point, and a bit grumpy. Didn't take too well from me shouting "Stella" at him.
Cary grant - great bloke.
George clooney - was trying too hard to be Cary grant.

That's just a few i think of from the top of my head,
Oh how we've missed your tales, Harley. Tell us some more.

When I was on dragons den before hand I was asking about some of the celebs.

1) The 'hamster' that presents top gear is apparently a nightmare and EVERYONE hates working with him. He rollocks 'underlings' if they don't do his bidding quickly enough.

2) The tall one from Little Britain asked out just about every girl in the BBC -- mainly by text. If they said no (as they virtually all did) he demanded, heatedly, to know exactly why.

Oh, and my brothers wife got asked out by Stephen Seagal. Almost. Seagal sent over his agent to ask on his behalf!!!!

Don't think I can compete with most of these, but have met and spoken to:
Keke Rosberg
Ben Edwards - commentator.

Seen but not spoken to:
Murray Walker
Nigel Mansell
Fred Dibnar
Blaster Bates - google him if you don't know who he is!
Bob Holness

Last year spent 30mins or so talking to Anthea Turner whilst travelling back home, really nice woman :)

Did you ask her for instructions on how to make Tracy island out of a pile of crap as when i was a lad i follwed her instuctions on blue peter and mine looked a right pile of crap - nothing like hers on blue peter lol mind i was only young lol

Er, no one really, but I'm terrible at recognising people in general. Did talk to Phillip Pullman years ago at my school, seemed really nice, and signed my copy of Northern Lights "To my namesake Phil" :)

Only celebs i have met are Craig Charles, Chris Barrie, Danny John Jules, Hattie Hayridge, Robert Llewellyn & Chole Annet.

This was at a Red Dwarf convention a couple years back was a great experience, got autographs and pictures with them all.

Tony Abbott - Whilst surfing last week in Sydney.

He's the Australian political opposition leader for those who don't know him
Wasn't sure if it was him at first, but the ears were a give away.

Pretty normal guy, he just chatted to his friend about surfing.

We already pay a delivery fee so this surprises me, to be honest!

That's just a culture thing.

When I lived in Canada tipping delivery drivers like that was common place.

Delivery drivers were usually on a very low wage and any delivery charge you pay goes to the shop not the driver.

If it were not for the tips most delivery drivers where I lived would not be doing the job as it would not be worth it.

I actually worked for a place called San Remo Pizza and was paid 2 dollars per delivery and paid for my own fuel so needed tips to make it worthwhile

This thread reminds me that my aunt had a "do you know who I am?" moment with Cat Deeley once. The reply was, "no, now **** off!" :D

Well, we need more info than that!

Just a verbal exchange in the ladies' toilets. Sorry to disappoint - it'd be more fun if she was being denied entry somewhere. :D

The owner of a local curry house peed Jim Davidson off once by refusing to kick regular customers out to make space for him. Apparently he's a right knobber.

Met Jimmy White in a pub in Wimbledon once.

Me my Mrs and some friends were having a nice drink and he comes and sits on our table for no apparent reason other than being as ****ed as a fart and then attempts to chat up my Mrs, she laughed.

I pointed out to him that she was with me and he apologised and brought me a drink.
