Same dimensions for me. 6"4 ~19st mark.

Never had an issue with chairs though. Ikea Markus at home (had for 3+ years), and the same bog standard office jobby as everyone else at work.

It must be the way i sit on them if everyone else is having no problems. These short skinny people make me laugh when they point the fat finger when you say 19 stone. At 14 stone i looked awful could see my ribs and collar bones protruding out.

I've been dubious at best about the markus and don't really want to try one as it's a 80 mile round trip.

Why the hell are people coming in here to troll, seriously ?

a lot of people have said the IKEA Markus, Go to Ikea and have a sit down, Find one you like.

Did you read a couple of posts above? i said it's a 80 mile round trip plus ikea don't supply weight limits for their chairs also i'm not too keen on their stuff, the desk i had from their is utter ****.

Also only 1 person has mentioned the markus in this thread.

I don't mind the trolls it's funny to see what they say :)

Could pick up a second hand Steelcase Leap or Humanscale freedom off eBay for that budget. Really built to last, the Steelcase probably more so.

LOL i'm just naturally big 6'4" . no one ever believes i'm 19 stone and say i look about 13-14 stone, even the doctor was shocked when she last weighed me

I'm 6ft6 not small either but I'm about 16stone. Around 18% body fat. :-/ Turn sideways and take that picture. :p

Regarding chairs, I've seen speciality ones before. But they're more size based.

TBH I think is depends more on the quality of the chair, My i'm 12stone and my Argos one has started to randomly loose hight after 6months. My work one thats some £250 chair (rather op) i've had for 2 years is perfect.

Get the best you cna and you should be sorted :)
