for some gaming GW2 possibly BF3 will buy 22" monitor later

Looks a pretty good system for the cash to me. Pretty much what i'd buy for that budget. I'd guess it should run BF3 pretty well at reasonably high settings. We will have to wait for some BF3 benches though.

Looking good really. Case is best for budget, GPU is good, PSU is very good, windows bundle saves you money, memory will do the job, LG is a good brand for cheap stuff. Only gripe would be the motherboard, but it'll do the job. Since you buy in October, the deals will change anyway.

yer the mobo is a bit of a headache for me at moment tend to get a bit confused with all the options and unsure if i will ever use half the bells and whistles.

sorry was very tired and also had a few beers:D.

still playing around with build as im not planning on buying till mid october.

ty for any feedback.

Haha, no problem, let you off :D
Looks a good build though. As previous poster said, could probably pick a slightly better board though.

any suggestions for mobo at similar price? this one any good? MSI P67A-G45 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION **

my original budget was £600 funny how it creeps up the more you research:).
thanks for help will probably decide just before i buy.

It is indeed easy to spend more than you budget for :p
The board you picked will do the job perfectly well, I just feel the Z68 chipset boards are a little more full featured. But any decent brand with a P67 or Z68 chipset will be a reasonable choice for a 2500K.
