I am stuck at a relatives looking after a puppy for 6 days. I do not know how you cope with the desk, its horrible. It is too low for the chair to fit under, the tray for the mouse and keyboard does not hold and moves about, I keep bumping my wrist on the surface of the desk when ever it slides in, truly horrible.

Oooooooo, I remember I had a desk lamp like that, a bit different. Instead of the green semi circle, I has a football, and the rest was dark blue. When bored studying I used to outline the outside of the ball pellets (if u got what I mean).

It's a pain in the arse reaching round (oooh er!) to put USB stuff in the back of the iMac. Much easier to use a board with hubs.

He's got a mouse and a USB dock plugged into the keyboard USB sockets though, can't see them getting unplugged often! But then, I may be wrong

I don't know, habit I guess? The ports on the keyboard don't provide as much power as the ones at the back so I generally have the ones at the back for things like hard drives etc.

New desk just finished assembling. Should have built one but this is actually not too bad. Just need to sort some speakers and also get another / a new hard drive caddy.
