Bigger rad or faster flow pump

When you mean loop, do you mean how its all connected? pump+reservoir>radiator>gpu block>cpu block>pump+reservoir. Its all in a series loop.
He means what pc components are you watercooling. In general so long as your water is moving flow makes little difference to temperatures, some even notice higher temps at higher flow rates due to the higher heat dump from the pump. I'd go for a bigger rad but without knowing your full current setup it's tricky to properly advise.
I am guessing you are meaning your temps creep up after switch on and don't seem to stabilise, rather than a more long term temp creep due to losing performance over time, e.g. by some form of progessive blockage. In which case then yeah more info is needed, however one main factor is going to be how your rad is mounted in terms of its air flow. If it is mounted such that it draws its air out of the case then temps are going to depend on the ambient air temp to the rad, i.e. case heated air, which depending on your in/out fans set up in your case can increase from switch on and therefore possibly make the time to reach an equalised temp seem so long that you think it won't stop creeping up, as well as generally increasing whatever the stable temp would be.

What cpu and gpu? Are they overclocked? What blocks, rad and pump?
If this is for your PS3 you really should'nt create three threads asking for basically the same information. Judging by the amount of heat coming out of my (new model) PS3, a 2x40mm rad is not enough to cool the cpu and gpu.

Hi yeh. Its for a ps3. I once bought a 120mm rad 400lph pump for my xbox noticed very good low temp. But before testing fully I gave it away to a friend. So I thought a smaller kit would do for this but have not been successfull. So I phoned and spoke to the shop and they recomended a bigger rad. I ordered a double 120mm fan rad. Will put this on and see what happens. They also said flow is not a big deal unless the water does not flow at all.
