Buying things on eBay

I searched for Real Environment Xtreme on Amazon but in vain.

Yet I found it on eBay UK.

Are they second hand? Also, what should I pay attentions to when buying from eBay, most of them are used goods?

come on you must know how ebay works by now? how long have you been living under that rock for?

all ebay goods are listed by condition, just look at the listing and it will say whether its new or old.

not the most difficult of things to do really....

As long as you are honest with the discription, you can put in the listing that any returns will not be accepted.
That's what I did when I sold a laptop on there.

Just wanna to confirm one thing: is eBay involved in payment dispute; for example: if the buyer refuses to pay, who is the mediator?

I think its Ebay, or it certainly was, I've had a few disputes after no payment and was always Ebay.
