I've noticed a few players there who are gonna be tough, Jiji etc as well as the offline warriors who I don't know about. Maybe I should learn Yun in that month so I have a solid backup character? I really wanna win !

Just had a look down the list, loads of the names do ring a bell. Jiji will be using Sagat as usual, OllieMilne, Kawori, Goukifafa, Wywywywywy, Darkscythe, SHOORYUKEN, HutchUSA etc are all familiar names. Hutch has a very good Seth if I remember.

You will probably be the only one using Oni.

Oni has not been positioned in the tier list, maybe he is top tier

I think with Dhalsim and Oni I cover all possible bad matcups. Oni can do good against the twins just because he controls mid range space so well and his damage output is frighteningly good. I get knocked down and I'm in trouble though... we'll see

Have two characters if possible but Balrog should definitely be one of them. I think I am gonna start practising a bit with Ryu again, but for fun I'd probably pick Guile, Akuma or Seth. My aim is to make it to the knockouts!

Will be interesting to see how elrasho does with his unorthodox Abel, he might surprise a few people.

If you get it for PS3 I'll be happy to play you, I now have a 360 and will be buying AE for that also but I'll still play on PS3. Kree is right though 360 seems to have more players, I can't really comment on the skill level as of yet but there are certainly some beasts on PSN.

Is it worth getting AE on the PC or PS3? (which is more popular?)

Just looking at maybe buying it but not sure how popular it is on PS3 / PC
Seems like 360 is where the majority of peeps are but I don't own one

Tried getting some matches on SSFIV on PS3 other night and couldn't get any, so went on SFIV on PC and was just really bad people online so guess I will have to buy AE.

What time were you on looking for games on PS3? I don't really have any problems until after midnight then it can be a little difficult, if you create a game though you shouldn't be waiting long. As for whether it's more popular on PC or PS3, I'm not really sure.
