Dirt3 promo

Sent an email a few weeks back and got my code about a week later. Kinda weird/annoying playing a racing game with a keyboard though

We purchase part of a promotional item and aren't getting the benfit of it due to their inability to password protect a directory and very slow customer service.

1 week and 4 days... looks like im not playing dirt 3 for a while then, because the BF3 beta is on 29th sept (as a battlefield newb i'm playing the beta before i preorder) the FM3 demo on october 3rd and the full game of FM3 on october 14th. all of which i'm far more interested in than dirt 3
 
It took me about 2 weeks to get an email from AMD. They give you another code and that worked stright away for me, just gives you a steam code.

I guess just keep waiting chaps :(
 
bah, looks like the idea of playing the BF3 beta is off the list. somehow i got a key early, but the connection here is really bad. apparently virgin are going to be splitting Reading into east and west to help sort the problem though, because we're paying for virgin 50 meg
 
Sent mine off previous Thursady, 22nd - still no code, nor answer for 2 e-mails.
Looks like I have to wait 3-7 days more, approximately.

Very unproffessional, even if promo codes has been stolen - asked proofs like scans/photos should completely sort out the questioning, how long does it take to look at photo and say if it is original - two weeks ? I was enhancing photos for big company: 80/120 roughly per day, it was medium processing... and just looking is 100x faster - so I can't believe there are more than 12.000 customers (which creates delays) per day wanting register promo code, assuming one AMD guy assigned to this task...

Go to Asda, buy some cider, save some pennies and still get on it :D


Submitted my code for Dirt3 yesterday... let's see how long...

Glad I have F1 to keep me occupied in the meantime.
