BF3 Early Beta Access

Downloaded mine and installed, a little confused though. When I signed up and bought it I was asked for a name, so I put in my usual Sajanus. But now it's coming up with my soldier name as cahillr which is the login name I picked.
Any idea how to change this?

ok so.. I just purchased the limited edition via origin. If I'm correct the early access has expired the 25th so I can't play today but I will be able to play 29th? just to confirm :)

It is(childish i mean), but believe me EA support could push anyone to extremes. I have been on there 3 times in the last few days and have waited about 45 minutes each time only for it to tell me that there are no advisors available when i am first in the queue, and to try again later.
I also had to speak to loads of differnent advisors about a problem with DA2 and i was passed on and fobbed off for ages.

I am usually very calm about this sort of thing but they absolutely infuriate me.

Beside the point, the person sat on the other end may not be able to give you anything other than copy and paste responses, but is there their fault? No. they're just sat there doing, what is quite likely quite a demoralising job.

You don't have to be a **** just because you didn't get into your game when you wanted to.

Like i said, childish.
