Beside the point, the person sat on the other end may not be able to give you anything other than copy and paste responses, but is there their fault? No. they're just sat there doing, what is quite likely quite a demoralising job.

They can check and verify e-mail addresses that are ready to receive keys but haven't yet, because someone else who spoke to support got them to do so, so please learn some facts before you talk.
