Had it not been for OCUK Forum..

i wouldn't have learnt as much about computers/software/modding and overclocking as, well lol
i would have saved thousands of pounds, but then i wouldn't play games on my Pc, wouldn't have won any competitions, or gotten to know some pretty decent people.
Wouldn't have learnt about Vaping, to help me give up funding the government via smoking, which wouldn't have then been spent on computer upgrades etc etc haha
can't think what else lol

I wouldn't have gone from a near-total conversation to the dark side to using no Apple products at all. Unless you count Quicktime sitting on my netbook so Picasa can play video files :p

Big thanks to those that recommended the Sansa Clip+!

I would never have gone to buffet island - man that place is a pit! I'm sure I have taken some good advice but can't remember it at the mo.

Nothing as yet.

But once I'm settled in my new place I'll be all over some fancy upgrades ready for BF3.

I think I've just about every thread on upgrades in the last few weeks.

My old Logi speakers, my first built PC. Barton *** :D

A whole hog of weight lifting information. Many thanks to the Sports Arena (FF is great)

Thanks to OCUK (normally based on other people's threads rather than my own spec. me ones) I've purchased:

1) Galaxy S 2
2) HTC Desire
3) Humongously powerful torches
4) An Aquarium
5) Huge mouse mats
6) A guitar

This is worth sharing. Come on, man :)

Many moons ago (about 9 years...), I went to an OcUK meet at the request of another forum member (who later became a close friend and housemate). At this meet, I met loads of people including one of his female colleagues (who he fancied the pants off :p) and we really hit it off.

His housemate became my (now ex) girlfriend, and I moved 150 miles to live with them both. We split up a while later. A couple of years later still, I realised that he was still in touch with the aforementioned colleague, even though she had moved from the area to do her masters degree.

A little bit of MSN contact and a formal 'date' later, we got together, I moved half way across the country again (after 3 months!), and 18 months later we got married. We've now been married for just over 4 years :)

/edit - I've just reread. I think the heat is getting to me, as that's a really dull read :D
