even 80oC is pretty high, what CPU do you have? might be worth repplying the TIM/reseating your cooler, or if that doesn't work buying a new one!
 
Ive ordered a Corsair H60 which is on its way, just incase! This demo seems to hammer my cpu like no other just wondering if anyone else having similar issues?
 
You have a dual core, perhaps thats why? Could it be working the CPU harder to compensate for the fewer cores?

lol, random people who know nothing about programming a game blaming the coding for their CPU having a poor cooling system :rolleyes:

You clearly haven't stress tested your CPU at 100% usage. There's no possible way bad code can make your CPU operate at anything more than 100%. The reason you're reaching 95C is because you never took the time to stress test at that kind of usage. If you had I bet your temps would rise even higher. Get yourself a decent cooler and then stop complaining when a game actually maxes out your CPU.
 
Caspian Boarder is the way BF3 is meant to be played, not the shuddy Metro Rush.

I played about 10 rounds last nite, all i can say is wooow.

Jets flying over, booms of tanks in the distant, every part of the map theres battles going on. I Actually stood there for 10 mins watching all the battles.

even the Sky look realistic, the sun shining through the clouds, birds tweeting in the swaying trees. Absolutely immense.

As a veteran to the bf series I gotta say this time around I'm starting to hate the large scale uncoordinated spam fest, time will tell.

As infantry only maps it's nice, you don't end up going up against something you don't have the tools for because there's no AT in your fireteam or they are not following you.
 
Keep trying different servers, the one with i3D.net in the name definitely doesn't/hasn't worked with any passwords that have been leaked so far. Might be the case for a couple of others
 
The only flaw is that you automatically get assigned to a team, what was dice thinking, because when you spawn on team member they are all waiting for a helicopter or jet. i like the original interface to choose which team and be able to spawn in enemies base ect..
