What would you do if you were in my shoes

could anyone recommend me any apprenticeships? I don't think plumbing or an electrician will be for me

thanks again for the replys

If you want a decent trade you can always try your hand at Brick laying or Plastering, there is always demand for plasterers. or you could try landscaping/gardening.

Skys the limit, plenty of practical trades out there.

How is hospital food these days?

I'm assuming you'll be in there a while with that nasty gash on your finger.

Hi guys

last year I left college, I was studying Public Services foundation degree. I quit the course after 6 months as I was finding the course really hard and it just wasn't for me. Whilst I was there I was working at McdOnlad's, and still am.

If you are finding a foundation college course difficult then perhaps education isn't for you.

Thought about working on the shopfloor somewhere?

For example, JCB is about £11 an hour. ANY overtime is 1.5 pay. Saturday is always 1.5x pay and Sunday always 2x pay.

Just had a quick think, what about me moving away somewhere for a year and getting a job? London? it will do me good to move away. I currently live in exeter, thoughts on this?

If you have the capital to make it in London I'd say go for it... You'll need a bit of cash to establish somewhere to rent and buy food.

I love London, despite all you see on the news... you will never actually see a shooting, I never have because I don't go to the dodgy areas!

You're young and lacking in ideas so perhaps now is the ideal time to go travelling. If that's what you want to do and you can fund it there is no better time, time for a round world ticket and go and experience the world at your leisure.
