The BIOS is not the place to check the temperature as there are no energy saving features enabled so the processor is running full speed.

You need to check idle and, more importantly, load temperatures in Windows.

20 odd degrees at idle could be in the right ball park but the temperature sensors on Penom processors can be a bit tricky.

Again from the FAQ:

7. Why is the temperature of my Phenom based processor lower than the ambient temperature?

Starting with the Phenoms, AMD's digital sensor no longer reports an absolute temperature value anymore, but a reading with a certain offset, which is unknown. It is estimated that this offset is between 10 - 15c.

It's a warm evening so I would expect idle temperatures to be relatively high tonight.
