Wookey Hole?

Its ok, can get quite busy at popular times and a lot of walking involved. They do apparently put on a bit of effort for Halloween.

The Witch of Wookey Hole! I was about to write an article about that until research told me not to bother. Looks like an interesting place, though.

Overpriced (nowadays) for what it is. It's good and was worth the price of entry last time I went (late 18th century probably!) and you can pop into Cheddar and get some wicked local cheddar cheese.

Even if you don't go in, there's some nice walks around the area.

I've been a couple of times, but that was when I was a lot younger - can't remember the inside too well.

Went at the end of the summer holidays. I had been warned that it was expensive so used Tesco vouchers. The caves themselves were good with a good guide. Everything else was pretty ropey, although they do have a penny arcade with old machines that use old, as in massive, pennies. You buy them from a cashier (maybe 20 for £2) and then play on the old machines, our two boys liked that and the indoor play area best. Oh, and it was heaving with people.

Same here, wouldn't have gone if not for the tesco vouchers!
