I myself abosolutely live and breath guitar along with pc's haha, so I thought it would be cool to make a thread deadicated to guitar of any genre. Basically if you have a cool vid of yourself or any band / solo artist, go ahead and post it! :D:D:D

One of my recent favorite's (even the guitar isnt the most advanced):

An absolute platinum classic (and amazing composition between 2 artists):

This guy makes my jaw drop every time (not only is he ridiculous skill wise, he seems to have invented a new style of music):

The guitarist I love atm due to the way he can mix both types of music I love (Classical and Metal)

Just to illustrate the last video (this guy is awsome for doing this vid):

Ok, a short original piece by myself:

Now, the good stuff. :p

My favourite song by possibly my favourite artist of all time:

I don't really know which video to post by Guthrie, as there are literally tens that I would like to. But this is a pretty cool video of his fusion quintet playing Spain at the Basement Club. It's one of the finest gigs you can go to, and they have a residency, so there's no excuse. ;) PS I have bought him a pint.

I was lucky enough to play a couple of concerts with Mr Frank Vignola, one of the finest performing jazz guitarists about today. His co-guitarist Vinny Raniolo is incredibly, and his bass bass player; Gary Mazzaroppi is mind blowing.

Everyone should know who this beast is, and I'm also pimping the fact that I have played a show with him. ;)

And Andreas Varady makes me want to stick needles in my eyes, block my ears up and chop my hands off... Genuinely incredible.

Seen this guy live and he is amazing

Only recently seen this chap and he's pretty amazing as well

I know the last one is a typical cover but to be fair it is very well played, especially his timing

You making the 2 Albert Hall Primus shows next year?

You are a ****ing hero! I didn't know they were coming back next year. We were gutted when we missed out on tickets for Primus this year.

We went to see Les Claypool last year in London, it was amazing, but just not Primus. Booking tickets tomorrow :D

One of my current favourite guitarists, Jeff Waters from Annihilator.

Love Annihilator

These guys are great, covering one of my favourite video game songs
