Female body builders, just why?

Why are you trying to argue it?

Anabolic-androgenic steroids facilitate protein synthesis through a series of complex reactions that are not well understood. Steroid hormones affect lean body mass by preventing protein breakdown in the muscles and maintaining the muscle mass. Anabolic-androgenic steroids promote nitrogen retention by shifting the nitrogen equilibrium resulting in better utilization of ingested proteins.

A. Let's see your pics.

B. My routine is NOTHING. I don't lift weights beyond random pullups and dips.

C. 34" trousers at 200 lbs, I'm pretty sure under my beer gut I have as much lean mass at that guy without doing anything except eating tons of steak.

Come on fella, time to shoosh and stop making an arse of yourself. :)

I've seen chaps who looked rather bulky lose all their weight and end up having bare minimum muscle. Fat piles up on top of whatever is underneath.

i dont have as much muscle mass as you kwerk, you should enter BNBF, i reckon you could easily get 1st place, after all i have only been bodybuilding for several years

What's that got to do with anything? I told you why i do what i do as you asked. Please explain what purpose being fat has in the real world
I have never said that being fat is a good thing.

errm so what?

It's like, ancient. Who cares about the little dwarf? His acting skills are sub crap, and his '''''''marshall arts'''''''''''' nonsense is pathetic.

does kwerk have 2 accounts?

you said muscles make you slow and bulky.

i proved to you that a former mr belgium winner could do the splits and won several martial arts tournaments. i take it his opponents must have been in wheelchairs or something then?

do you understand what is being typed?

Still waiting for you to post your pic. I searched the bodybuilder pics thread but you didn't post one, apparently you just like to hang out in that thread for reasons we can only speculate about.

anyway kwerk after seeing that photo it is clear that you are either "special" or trolling, so come clean.

I have them but they are muscly not fat, which is odd because I dont do any weight training. They are at least a handful each and bounce when I run, sometimes my nips bleed from chafing on long runs. I've been trying to figure out how to shrink/firm them.

I think he may be special :D :p very.

the masses are sheep, so its true

but there is always the black ones.

my name is "jay cutler" google it, you have more muscle than me though, so ill back out now, dont wanna mess with someone as big and natural as you, who is an expert in the field of steroids and bodybuilding, in fact you have convinced me to never train ever again and instead just post crap all day long

Bodybuilding - The process of developing the musculature of the body through specific types of diet and physical exercise, such as weightlifting...

I think that could describe pretty much any sport training from swimming to cycling to gymnastics.

Is this guy a 'bodybuilder'?

The definition should include that the training is solely for aesthetic judgment. I also think anabolics should be included in the definition, because TBH it's just not impressive without them. It's like taking a honda civic to a drag racing track  If most drug-free 'bodybuilders' are wearing street clothes you can't tell they ever lifted weights.

Unfortunately it's totally taboo to mention them openly (and illegal in most places).

And if he's not a bodybuilder, he's doing far better at the sport than most of the other people I see who call themselves 'bodybuilders', if we define the sport as the aesthetic judgment of musculature.

So in summary:

Bodybuilding is the sport of training your muscles for the sole purpose of the aesthetic judgment of your musculature.

To be a female bodybuilder you must take steroids to develop any kind of impressive muscular physique. They are judged on muscles only, not faces or boobs or anything else. They are also incredibly manly and leathery and disgusting from the androgenic hormones.

The drug-free female 'bodybuilders' can't develop any decent muscularity so they are really judged on their overall body, i.e. boobs, legs, bum and face. Most of them seem to be OK looking. They aren't bodybuilders they are fitness models or whatever you want to call them. They don't belong in the argument.

Are you ****ing kidding me?

This guy has never looked at Steve Reeves or Reg Park.

Lemme tell you how terrible they looked for being all natural in their prime!
