I can relate to this. I'm below average to average but one game I somehow ended on top and got accused of hacking. I suppose it can be taken as a compliment, or maybe we were invisible?! ;)
 
Lots of negativity all over the net at the mo. Some of my happy thoughts:

Had some awesome rounds tonight as both attacker and defender. After a few ranks some of the unlocks are really handy. Some weapons seem a tad over powered though. Why o why do some people feel the need to snipe all the damn time? Most of them are easy meat too :confused: :p Loving the suppression effect too, though I fear someone will find an easy hack to remove it

Audio is immense! Cannot wait for the next map
 
Got no reply on Battlelog so though I'd try here...

Having some problems. Me and my housemate are trying to play. It has been working fine up until yesterday and today. Basically if he is in a server and I join him it kicks him from the game, booted to desktop saying the connection with the server has timed out. He then can't usually rejoin, just getting a black screen.

I know others who play from the same IP and it works fine as it used to for us and sometimes it does work!

Any ideas?!?!
 
wtf just went to play after servers come back up and now my mouse dont work in game! well it does but its like ive got a hair on the lense and it doesnt move properly WTFFFFFFFF!!
 
I might be mental but I think I prefer BF3 on 360, I have never said this about any other game before but it's actually better, The graphics look about the same, I seem to be able to distinguish between teammates and enemies better, there is no origin, you don't need a web browser to find games, It hasn't crashed on me once, and most people have a headset,

I have hated every game i have tried to play on PC, but I honestly enjoyed the couple of games I played on 360

I hope it's only because it's an open platform on pc so they can release any unfinished version they want whereas on 360 and PS3 they need it authorised by MS or Sony

Well the PS3 version is near identical to the PC version in terms of bugs etc so I'd have thought the 360 version would be too.

The PS3 version looks about the same as the PC version does on medium settings at 720p with little to no AA - the 360 version looks about the same as that. It can't even begin to come even remotely close to the PC at high resolutions and settings.

I won't even get into how FPS games are generally better and easier to play on PC...!
 
Some serious wtf and hmmm moments in the session earlier.

Shot a guy and he actually flew 200m forward past my shoulder... very interesting...

Also th client side and total lack of reg on the metro... Im sure it will balnce out at long ranges but at short and medium... take a hit dive to cover... take a hit another hit die... makes no sense..

also 1 shot kills ( first 2 or 3 bullets all sponge into a 4th mega hit and hit markers pointing the wrong direction - its as bad as BC2 was for me sometimes makes me so sad.

No way to check others ping in game, im sure its not just <50ms people its all type of filthy transatlantic scum and filthy easter European laggers too.
 
I actually notice no difference between ultra and high settings, except it's smooth to play now.

Also, if you put 4x AA to zero and leave the other setting on high, it changes absolutely **** all as well, yet gives you some of your fps back.

Is this your first DICE game?

If you expected total bug free gameplay then you clearly haven't ever played battlefield before.

Compared to other battlefield launches Bf3 is extremely polished in its current state.
