Been googling this like mad and can't find what I'm after hoping someone on here might have used them before

Re doing my kitchen counter tops and have seen these metal studs you can glue to the top for you hot pans to go on.

But can't remember what they are called or where I saw them.

Anyone got any ideas

I don't think i ever realised the benefit of granite till my girlfriend told me you can just put hot pans directly onto the worktops!

Found what I'm after on ebay just need to find some else that sells them now

Why not just get the product you actually wanted from ebay rather then going for something different just becuase it's from screwfix?

Homebase sell something similar to what you are looking for.

Unfortunately they are not listed on their website but in their instore catalogue.

Self adhesive Worktop Protectors (Pack of 6). Article code: 015280

You can take a look at them online by using their online brochure viewer and scrolling to page 113.

Link: http://www.homebase.co.uk/webapp/wc...ludeName=HBCreateTheLook/kitchensbrochure.htm

You would need to order these in store and they will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.

PS i had a quick google for Trivet Studs but turned up blank and off the top of my head I cant think of anywhere on the highstreet which sells themm in stud form instead of bar form.
