Actually yes, the point of impact is exposed with the case anyway, so would have probably had the same result.

however it may have helped it stop slipping out of your hand due to the extra grip and feel it gives

mrk, could you do a review and some piccies of the extended battery? thinking of getting one as i use my phone for university - emails, notes taking (evernote syncing etc).

Would be great for it to last longer than 9-4
