Any psycholgists here? SO this was a part time job i had a few months back and tbh 1 off reasons I quit because 2 dudes that worked there doing my head in.
I have never known them and my immediate way to act with strangers is just neutral with a tendency towards being friendly.
Well these guys....
the 1st dude..so I heard was out off prison dont know why
Only reason I know is dude 2 was saying loud in front of me and looking at me ''so you out of prison going back soon?'' or something like that then looking at me, smiling as if in a way I should be scared off him. Seemed he was tring to scare me.
Few things dude 1 does:
1 walks past me and throws loadsa punches but deliberately missing me. I say ''missed'' and he replies back...''if i hit you youd be knocked out'
Another time he walks past me in front off everyone end says ''imm gonna green grape ya''...obviously meaning rape...what a weirdo.
Another time..he asks in front off hot girls and other workers ''are you a virgin''...I just went ''na''...obviously trying to belittle me in front off the girls or whatever.
Another time he asks me to toy fight him. I dont want to and hes mocking me and saying stuff cause I dont want to to fight him..wtf iM not 10 years old in the playground lmao.
Now dude 2.
Some off the things hes done/said. Mainly about girls...(IMO this whole thing is to do with fact they are ugly and uneducated and I am not plus im younger and they are insecure and jealous.. Well thats all I can conclude?)

Asking when I last had sex..wtf..who asks another dude that..that is weirdest thing ever..I cant think the psychology why he'd ask me that? I just mumbled some crap like 2 months..when I shoulda said i done your mum last night or whatever but anyway Im not really prepared for weird questions nor a fast thinker.
Telling me im gonna be a lonely old man...wtf he dont know anything about me expect i told him i dont go out at weekends....but thats a personal choice.
He then taunts me in front off everyone once again with cocky smile...''SO I heard yo stay in and play video games and watch porn every night'' he done this 3 times, exact same phrase each time, as if 1 could be enough no he does 3 different occasions which proves he is out to mock me and has no material....whilst this may be true lmao he only said it loud and in front off people to ridicule me and boost his self esteem...obviously due to his insecurity so it would seem

I was waiting to meet boss and he was also, I never knew and he was like '''haha your last in the queue haha'' like wtf..I said ''its a 2 man queue''

another remark. I had a lighter in my hand for a cigarette....And I am very boyish looking and slim, so he says out of nowhere ''kids shouldnt play with lighters''....ok then?....''i just said yeh I might blow the place up'' lol
The hot girls in work he will go up to them when Im around and touch them and try to crack jokes with them and if they laugh he will wink at me as if hes 1 up..when I dont give a crap lol...he thinks Im in competition with him or something when I truely do not care.
I attempt several time normal conversation with these people but give up I still be pleasant with formal hello, goodbye etc...
They continued the above kind off stuff towards me yet I had not instigated anything as I am very quiet and polite.
IMO they are trying to diss me because they think they can because I was quiet and small or whatever.
BUt why bother to do this? i would not waste my time to belittle or mock people or offend people at work consciously.
So why? It would seem as they are uneducated, knew I had a degree, also I guess good looking and in shape so the girls naturally liked me or much better looking than them though that isnt saying much....And I dress nicest clothes.
So I think they mustve hated me for it or something? I have no idea? There has to be some motive.
However I notice only when I say silly things or not answer back they try it..When I stand up and say things back or make comment to mock them they dont say anything. And in actual fact they seem to start being nice..its so weird..one tiem I called a f''in dick after a comment or something like that..and then its funny he starts acting all nice and freindly the next few moments as if hes scared off me..haha...
So they are also bullies.
Overall I felt it was an experiment in psychology for me working with these people.
Overall I was going to quit the job anyway but it was such a drag going into work to be beside these people I quit more eagerly.

At least I learn a few things from experiment.
Bullies or people making nasty comments will only do so if you allow them...If you ignore them, agree with them, joke with them they will continue. If you call them out or mock them they will stop.
