Heads up - Senna DVD and Bluray is out 10th October

I'm definately getting this as none of my local cinemas played it when it was released.

If you're feeling super flushed, there's a collectors limited edition which has all versions of the film in a box, plus a 1:12 model of Sennas' JPS Lotus.

Didn't get a chance to see it in the cinema and I've had this on pre-order since August. The cheaper collectors edition.

No details on the 1:12 model or who its made by (1:12 is an odd size, suggesting its not one of the major Die Cast makers). the 1:18 JPS lotus can be had for £100, which in terms of current Die Cast prices, is quite cheap.

Mine was shipped yesterday, so they likely tried to deliver it today. Only thing is, I got it sent to my work address because I figured I wouldn't be home to receive it (live in a flat, DVDs don't fit in our mail box).

Looking forward to the Blu Ray. Annoyingly, my local theatre showed this but only for two nights and this was 2 nights before I returned home from Oz. I was gutted. Only one London cinema was then showing it, but at awkward times so this will be definite a purchase.

edit - is it possible just to get a standard blu ray of this? I don't want the triple play crap.

^ I did the same. I've got the Blu-ray on order (I'm no crook), but it irks me to think that the theatrical version is almost an hour shorter than the extended version. But then I'd probably enjoy it if it were 4 hours long (I really did feel I wanted to see more even after the extended version finished).

I will be buying the steel book edition from play.com, that collectors edition is too pricey for me tho.

Think I'm going to have to wait to watch this , would be out purchasing today on the high street possibly, if it weren't for my Plasma being broke.

Would rather watch it on my 42" display than 28"

Ordered a new board for it which should hopefully be here tomorrow, anyone know any good deals in the meantime?
