Anyone get lucky and get an invite? Even though I'm in a guild that had a guild invite I still have yet to receive a key
The girlfriend has just downloaded and installed it! Will have a 30 minute wait until she decides how her character should look

I also remember playing wow beta, wasnt it just an open beta?...I dont believe I've ever done this "waiting around for email access business before" like you guys have for SWTOR.
I can understand game companies doing a closed beta say 6 months before a game comes out or something but I'd usually expect an open beta for everyone say 1 month before release. I think all game companies should do it that way, would be good.

I know typical, but read that it starts 11am Saturday and finishes Tuesday 6am so will have enough time to enjoy it plus will load it up on my laptop too.

Got my invite yesterday, client downlaoded patched and installed.
Tried to load it up and get an internal certofocate error and it asks me to reinstall

Set your date on your PC to 1st October it should resolve the issue. Read it on another forum.
