I love the look of the 4 so I'm happy it stayed the same. Will be a nice upgrade from a 3G

No it wasnt - different form factor, improved screen. This is nothing like that - its a ip4 with a better CPU and aerial.
Just like the 3G > 3GS; nothing like the 3GS > 4 update...

They are all minor updates. There is nothing massively different in screens. Or form factor or anything else. Updates are nearly always a progression not a radical change.

Better camera is a bonus
Why would Apple announce the iPhone 5? Apple always dip feed their updates, we can expect an iPhone 5 in 6 months time.
I dont actually understand why this needs to be discussed. Seems stupidly petty. This is a speed bump not a major release, thats why its not called the iP5, if you dont agree, talk to Apple

I used to think the iP4 wasn't that much of an upgrade too...
That was until I got one.
The 3GS -> 4 transition was much much much more than the Original to 3G to 3GS having used all four at some point!
I was thinking about getting a PaS to take out with me, i'm actually tempted to buy this instead if it turns out to be as good as the £100-200 point and shoot cameras.
