So I notice a transaction on my online banking that I have not made to "MicrosoftXbox" for £39.99 so straight away I phone Barclays and all they tell me to do is call back later as the fraud department is busy
So I then go to Xbox.com to remove my card on my Xbox Live account and change my password, but ohh no I can't remove my card all I get is "This payment option cannot be removed at this time. Go to the Payment method information page to view services associated with this payment option." So all I can do is change my password and that doesn't feel like enough to me! What the hell do I do
