Lol i have fabio and Rafael as my speedbacks in ut. so im buying as many fast Brazil players as possible. won my second match 2-1, bent got both the other guy threw the kitchen sink at me i was clinging on. he hit the post had an adabarndoor one on one miss then i conceded a penalty in the 84th min - saved the penalty to win! Then sold Chris porter for 150 and the world was good.

Think I'll be with that team for a while! Can't seem to even get past 2nd round on UT tourneys! Unless I buy gold packs and get Pato, Neymar, Lucio! :p

Should play some other time, need to hone my defensive skills!
 
I know that TOTW players have a black background, what does a gold card with white text mean? Rare?

I spent 2000 points and the only noticeable players I managed to get were:

Wilshire
Remy
Carragher
Rodriguez
Alex
Schmelzer
Muller
TOTW Reus
Abel Hernández

I have an unreal amount of contracts, random golds and other consumables now though.

I was screaming at the TV, Valdes is ****ing useless. Fair play though you dominated each of the games, I just cannot play these normal modes they're far too slow for me to get into. I prefer UT because you can build a team based around your strengths, feels a lot quicker and smoother too. Next time we'll have to try setting the game speed to fast to see if it makes any difference.
 
haha yeah can imagine you were, i'd be screwing! I've scored quite a few corkers with Ozil's left foot now, from positions i just thought "meh, shoot!". Quite impressive :)

Tomorrow is more ranking time for me! 2500 currently in the world, lols i'm sad.

Is it me or is scoring goals easier in this or are the keepers worse?

Never bought packs on days when IF's are out. Are your chances higher of getting good players on these days? I've wasted just over 300k on packs and got nothing in return to make up for it.

Was looking at the match earnings on the PS3 and even though its nothing special at this point, the highest earner has 111k of winnings.

I've played almost 80 games and my match winnings are 37k.

and can someone explain club value for me? My club valua is 14m. The highest club value is 169m.
 
Waking up early to do some cheap buying... feeling rather sad about my life.

Forlan for 14k, gonna play with him for a bit and if I don't like sell I think.

Yes! Just managed to log into the web app! :)

First year of playing UT properly and I must say I'm absolutely loving it, shame about the glitching, but nevermind, it's still enjoyable beating them!

Here's my current squad I'm working on... Need to save up some coins to buy some decent EPL strikers...

I spent the whole night playing yesterday, I feel ive got defending sorted now, i much prefer it over 11, its a shame they have some problems that they wont fix.

The main problem for me is how bad the goalies are and this needs to be fixed, angled shots and finesse shots are impossible to stop 95% of the time, even with good defending you still get some ridiculous scores, that said, I love the new defending, I feel Im pretty good at it.

I played a guy last night on UT and all his players were average guys, but his team was miles better than me and he beat me 9-1, he wasnt even that good but all his players (guys like Andy Johnson and D.Campbell up front) ran me ragged and his no name defenders were miles faster than my two german international strikers, I dont know what he had done but there was something funny going on.
 
Yay game frozen and if I quit my DNF modifier will probably go back down to 0.5. Joy.

Hmmm think he quit first. Next game guy has Cavani Pato Robinho front 3 with Sneijder Cambiasso Rossi in the middle. ****.
