Stand off the player, only commit a tackle if you are gonna make it. It takes a while but it eventually does click, its a steep learning curve.
I now prefer it and think its great but if you switch off for a moment you can lose a game you were destined to win.
just been watching wayne rooney special report on skysports, he plays fifa every night near enough, on xbox live, used to have a xbl gamertag of wazza10 but kept getting to many people interupting his games so he changed it, wonder how many proffesional football players do the same.

Haha yeah. Though hes much better than Rafael who costs 3-4 times the price. He will have to do until I can get the coins for Maicon.

haha, i know quite a few of the england lot play COD, im just intrigued thinking maybe ive played rooney at fifa in the past and not known it, and slaughtered him...

Was some guy that did nothing but play the market and buy packs. Was on the Fifa forums. He said he isn't good at the game and wanted to sell his team.
He bought Messi with coins. 2.5 million I think he spent on him.

Compensating for something
Most of the people with allstar teams I come across are terrible at the game and get slapped sideways, guess getting their wallet out and getting a team of superstars makes it closer to a level playing field for them

While I'll agree, I suck at the game as I've not played Fifa in years I would like to disagree with your statement. I don't spend money on it to make it a closer playing field, I'm enjoying the challenge of getting a good squad together. I've played 4 games and spent £45 on the game and a further £51 on packs so far and £17 on the season ticket.
For me it's like I'm a kid again collecting those stickers, the thrill of getting that shiney and that rare is cool!
On a separate note, other than the chem what players should I look for to improve my current squad?
