Now in the 8th Division,

Went on UT but going to attempt a few more games. Wont be surprised if I get relegated to be honest in this one. Was lucky to get promoted

On another note. Just had an unreal game on UT. Got beat 4-3 but it was end to end constantly and could have went either way. Even sent him a message saying it was a good game as Im that nice!!

Thank God it isn't just me who thinks that the H2H gameplay is boring. You have to pass it from midfield to defense constantly, trying to drag the opposition midfield out of shape before daring to go forward, it's boring as hell and it manages to make even the fastest players seem slow. FUT is a much more exciting brand of football imo.

Its weird. When I started buying packs when the game came out I got amazing players. Villa, Puyol, David Silva, Lucio, Alonso, Kaka, Hulk, Neymar, Evra, Ferdinand, Valdes and other players worth a good bit of coin.... now I get cack all.

Is he any good? I can get him for 20k Coins his stats seem okay.

Also sold Falco for 20k coins and some other cards so now have 30k coins not allot compared to most people im seeing lol
 
Is it me or is there a lot of bugs with the Ultimate online mode?

Started my first ever Ultimate team last night and was getting to gripes with it until the stupid game disconnected half way through the second half just after I made a substitution. Tried again and was having a really good online game 2-1 up and again after another substitution I got disconnected shortly after. Seems as though everytime I make a substitution the game likes to disconnect shortly after. Not particularly impressed since all 3 games counts as a loss. Low and behold on the next two games I didn’t make any substitutions and the game finished fine before disconnecting after the points award screen.
 
Had a good final game last night, thought I was going to get hammered as the guy was much better than me and had a full Barca team in UT. First 10mins he was all over me and got a goal in the 11th min, pulled it back with a peach from Ari in the 17th min.

Rest of the game was proper head to head back and forth, both had some really good shots. His attackers were all over my defense at points but had some lucky escapes and Helton had some epic saves. Went to extra time and he got a goal just before the end of the first half of extra time. Nearly got a final minute goal but his goalie pulled a miraculous save just before it crossed the line :(

Love it when that happens.

I had one a couple of nights ago, my keeper kept me in it for 90 mins. I hit the post a couple of times and just as I thought we were going to ET he scored a rocket in the 90th :(
 
Nice I've not played any good teams yet - just gimmicks teams.

played one game last night in a ut cup. i had 10 shots on goal no score...he has 2 ?shots all game. he scores in the first half of et. then in the 119th minute i bend in a 20 yarder with Bent 1-1.

Then i miss all my penalties by booting them right over the bar. and lose to ho out of the cup.
 
I got a little lucky last night and got Ashley Young and Wilshere out of a couple of packs. They appear to be selling for 50k and 10k respectively. Couple questions...

1) Over time, do high quality player prices tend to go down as supply increases, or do they go up as the market becomes richer over time?

2)What are people's thoughts, should I build an english/barclays team around them, which would be fun... but expensive, or sell them and build a couple of good teams with the money.

I hope they're destined to come down. They certainly were lower on FUT11 for most players.

Agreed.However last night I couldn't' win for toffee. Was looking for promotion in H2H seasons. I'd won my first 3 games and drew the next so had 10 points. Only needed another 4 from 6 games to go up.

Anyway drew the first 3-2, he equalised in the 90th minute, but it was a damn good game. Drew the 2nd 1-1, boring game. Lost the next 1-0, he was garbage and only had the 1 shot but I just couldn't score. Drew the next 3-3, carbon copy of the first, he equalised in the 90th minute.

Gutted. I gave up and went to bed :P

Need 2 point from 2 games now!

I wasnt around for the start of FUT11 but suspect it was the same as this year - why Im biding my time. Theres decent profit to be made now but so is the higher chance of overspending on a players true value.

Just look at IF release prices and what they settle to for a nice comparison. Wierd thing to say but its a shame PS3 accounts dont get hacked into as much as X360 accounts to help artifically lower player costs...

Indeed, it's why I'm not keen on the idea of selling all my players and making a new team, there's just no value in the market at the moment and I've already seen several players dramatically come down in price over the past few days.
