I think teaser reveal at E3 2012, full reveal E3 2013 and launch for US/Japan in November 2013. Europe will have to wait until March 2014. They said they would never do a worldwide simultaneous launch again.

It's likely to have a dual core GPU at least.

Xbox 3D seems the obvious choice! 3D market, if all goes to what seems like the plan will be booming it has a 3 in it but its not obvious that its called 3 (as in the 3rd xbox).

I can't see them calling it the 3D. It's till going to appear inferior of the PS4 on numbering alone which is why the 360 is the 360.

As others said, it won't be 720 because that implies 720p where the next gen should be pretty uniformly 1080p.

Also calling it the 3D would imply a massive boost in 3D screens in homes. I just don't think it would be saturated enough in the next 18 months to push home console with that as its main selling point. The 3DS is different because it comes with the screen.

I'll go with others and guess that it'll be a name rather than a number.

i think both of the next gen consoles from sony and microsoft wont follow suite like a lot of people are hoping or guessing more likely. I hope they re-invent the name of them or suprise us.
one feature i hope all next gen consoles have is a decent built-in harddrive so developers can use the feature without worry of varying consoles. also bluray would be ideal with the xbox but we'll see..

not sure why this needs to be a next gen game, visuals were not the issue people had with it. the boring monotony of the combat is why it sold so poorly.

Personally I loved Alan Wake, it had everything that I could want in a game of this type and now that I don't have an Xbox 360 I really miss it, it's the best 360 exclusive I've played
