Interviews really annoyed me in 2011, they affected nothing at all. Such a waste of time.

I wish they would add some sort of difficulty settings. I love FM2009 but since then not been able to do any good at them and feel have to be utter tactical wizard. I used all the tools like geni scout and spreadsheet databases. Yet could never get any consistency in games. Undecided if bothering this year tbh.

Excellent! Just about to start my 6th season with Spurs in FM2011 and then I'll call it quits until Xmas.....when I'll get FM2012

Glad they've added the lock option on transfer talks - so annoying when the agent won't budge on wages, even though you offer enough bonuses to sink a ship!

I'm also hoping that strikers don't blast the ball straight at the GK all the time anymore.
