Nexus Prime

See, that looks like a step in the right direction for Android. Clean-looking, futuristic and smart.

I like it. Those colours and blacks will look even more impressive on a SAMOLED too.

Edit: New camera interface too, boom.

How much confidence is there that these pics are for real?? I really hope they are *drooling*

I'd say for certain tbh. It looks like it has Google's pawprints all over it.

these shots look grand

Indeed they do.

uvarvu · 7 Oct 2011 at 12:38

Just watched the video. Doesn't the interface look slick? In areas where it appears not to I think it was down to the user trying to operate the phone with his left hand. Next time think right!

WHAT???? THE LAUNCH HAS BEEN PULLED?

SOURCE!!

SimonCHere · 7 Oct 2011 at 12:47

Nooo!!!

Steve_bullockuk · 7 Oct 2011 at 12:49

So Steve Jobs is dead but still getting one up on the competition!

Camalot · 7 Oct 2011 at 12:49

Robbo · 7 Oct 2011 at 12:50

That's too bad. A nice sign of respect though if it's to do with Steve Jobs.

Intratech · 7 Oct 2011 at 12:53

Damn it! I knew that Jobs would time his death to deviate attention from the launch of the Nexus Prime and ICS and keep attention focused on apple.

It's nice if it is to do with that.

Having waited so long another week or two won't make much difference.

Jeepo · 7 Oct 2011 at 12:58

Looks nice. Shame it got pulled but it's a nice touch, compassion in the face of a huge launch and the legal stuff, well played google. It will only be a few days anyway.....

photoshop · 7 Oct 2011 at 13:13

Pulled because it will coincide with Steve Jobs funeral AFAIK
Its a nice gesture from Samsung/Google.

More of this and less of the legal ranglings please!

reflux · 7 Oct 2011 at 13:29

Disappointing, but a respectful gesture and another week or so won't make much difference.

uvarvu · 7 Oct 2011 at 13:34

The Register seems to believe it's for other reasons seeing as the i4s launch itself hasn't been delayed and that's set for 12th October.
