It was a bug, where if you were moving you would take more damage. However that has been "patched" and no longer applies.
has it been patched into the beta or just for the release?

Pretty happy with how Caspian plays considering I've not overclocked my i5 and my 6950 isn't either; am getting no less than 40fps give or take which is smooth enough for me - I'll wait and see how the retail version plays as can always grab another 6950 or overclock the i5 a bit![]()
Definitely in the beta, I've stopped firing at people running around because I thought they were dead, too used to how it was before. Using probably twice as many shots per person now![]()
Could just be rubber bullet syndrome. I know I've died a few times from a single sniper bodyshot while running and died instantly when running outif cover so it was defo there, and afaik there's been nothing updated into the BETA at all.
Fixed a bug where shooting at a moving enemy could cause more than the intended amount of damage.

They need to sort crossfire out, single 6950 runs at 99% on its own, with two cards running at 50% each and never going higher.
Just found the update.

That is changes from the beta to final release, but I'm damn certain they've already implemented that into the beta, it's a completely different feel.

Not long range bodyshots killing in 1 hit. Aye thought so, I honestly don't think it's in the current build, that is something which is client side in BF3 and since there's been no updates to the BETA, I can only assume it's not implemented yet. I'm sure it doesn't matter, but if you have experienced dying rapidly while moving in the BETA it's 100% been fixed for release. it'll be the same as in the video which was shown.
