Hi

I have one of your PNY refurbished GTX 580s. Is it a good idea to overclock this card? This card only has one fan, which makes me think it is bad for overclocking. I don't really want the idle noise level to increase too much.

Can anyone estimate how big an FPS difference this overclock will make? (at 1080p)

Should be, why dont you just give it a try ? Small overclock at first and increase steadily till you are happy with noise/speed.
