I've had her a few months now, just never thought of posting in here...
Had her for a good price and she's been good to me since, apart from the water pump dying last week!

Guaranteed it's not an R32 or an Anni edition but she's perfect!
To see some MK4's around (I do a few miles through work) that have been bastardised makes want to clip some people! :(

Nice car mate. Had mine for a couple years, trying to sell it as we speak. Can't even get £1650 for it, cheap cars now!

They can be niggly but drive nice and are decent all round :)

rhysduck, 99 V reg, 1.8 20vt, tis on the bay for 1795 ono, only downside is the milage I suppose, 150k, but it's had looooooads spent and is well looked after and not abused. But that magic 150k is putting everyone off :(

How much did you give for yours? :)

Unfortunately they need to be a bit low mileage and slightly younger to fetch more than the 2k mark.
Mines a 2001 1.8T petrol, with 71000 on the clock when I bought her. I give £2350 I think it was for her which I thought was a complete bargain!
She's immaculate for her age to be honest, the usual stone chips on the bonnet but inside and everywhere else is perfect!

What are you trading her in for mate?

So when are you getting it remapped? :p

I'm dying to get mine done but Admiral won't insure me on it if I do, so i'm waiting for my next renewal to find someone a bit more remap friendly.

I've been thinking of it! Want to get a new exhaust and possibly Induction Kit before that though.. Only trouble is there's not many places around here that do remapping... I'd want a Revo map if anything.
I'm not touching her outside, anything I do will what you can't see.
It's a hard knock life.
What?

There are Revo dealers in Bridgend and just by Newport ;)

Different car and all that but I've been very impressed with my car since getting a Revo map on it.

Not the highest output figures you will find but a big dollop of torque right where I want it (2500 to 5000 rpm) it may however have helped my clutch on its way :o
