New gaming rig help.

I really like the looks of the Corsair Obsidian 650D, but do you think its worth the gap in price from the 400D? I was looking at it as an option for future watercooling because i think it has room for a 400m rad.

Also i know these are more suited to the watercooling forum but to avoid cluttering the forums ill chuck it here:

Would a full GTX570 block fit a GTX580?
and
Do you have to run dual-loop systems in order to cool the graphics card and the cpu or can it be done through a single loop?

I personally love the look of the Corsair 650D (very possibly my next upgrade) and given that you are under your initial budget I would go for it. Not sure on how well suited it is for overclocking but for a single GPU and CPU a single loop will be fine.
